I just read an excerpt in Communication Arts from Ernie’s new book, The Houdini Solution. Oh my gosh, if the rest of the book is like this what a fabulous motivating piece of literature.
We/I always talk about thinking outside of the box. His premise is that you also need to think inside the box. Which basically means to figure out a way to accomplish your goal utilizing the limitations and allowing them to shape your solutions. Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.
