With the growth of customer databases and loyalty cards, retailers possess large sets of data but fail to act on them. Without insights data is useless, analyzing and acting on the data is what impacts the business. In a slowly recovering economy we all have limited budgets, so our data insight helps us determine where to allocate resources.
