Ad of the Week: Minnesota State Lottery Hamster Spots

By April 7, 2010Ad of the week

Minnesota Lottery hamster Hamsters in tiny sets made to look like offices and homes and such, littered with the shredded stuff you put in hamster cages, are stuck living the mundane human life. That’s the premise of the new spots for the Minnesota Lottery’s “Scratchers” instant ticket games. Each spot shows live hamsters with human voice overs talking about all sorts of mundane things that represent life in the human rat race. Then a human hand puts a full size lottery instant ticket in their tiny set and one hamster runs over and starts scratching it off like it’s hamster catnip. They are well written and well done. Each one is fascinating to watch.

There’s a video that has all 7 spots in it below. You can also go here to see them individually.
