I chose a few ads that are highlighting the stories of inspiring Olympians. One is the latest ad in Nike’s “Unlimited Courage” campaign featuring the first transgender man competing in the Olympics. The other is a spot created by Grey London highlighting Olympians competing on the refuges team.

Wow. I mean, just… wow. I am just blown away by this video Channel 4 (UK) put together for the Paralympics in Rio. The music and imagery is very uplifting and amazing, going back and forth between incredible athletic achievements and amazing every day achievements, while our singer croons his “yes I can” anthem.

The Nike film is just a few seconds shy of six minutes long. I only planned to watch a minute or so to see if I liked it for this post. But it was so well done, I was entranced. I had to watch it to conclusion, even though I had other projects on my desk that needed my attention. It’s my ad of the week!
